Strategic Session

On January 24, 2025, a strategic session titled “Empathy or Strength: Anti-Strategic Session” was held for the management team of SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure».

During the event, the values of SE «NIDI» were defined, as well as the required qualities and professional competencies of employees, and the organizational profile was developed. Key development directions of our institution were also identified, priorities were set, and strategies for achieving our goals were outlined.

We thank Bogdana Yaremchuk, HR Director of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, for her mentorship and organization of the event, and business trainer Nataliia Rudkevych for her professionalism and creativity in conducting the strategic session.

In these extremely challenging conditions, it is important to preserve the strong scientific potential of the Institute, organize work at a higher quality level, and unite the team’s efforts for the effective recovery and development of infrastructure
