Seminar on Maintenance and Safety

On March 27–28, 2025, the team of SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure» successfully held the scientific and practical seminar “Maintenance and Road Safety: Modern Practices and Approaches” with the support of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine and the Recovery and Infrastructure Development Service in Ternopil Region in the city of Ternopil.

The event brought together more than 150 participants from all regions of Ukraine.

The seminar focused on the following topics:

– key challenges and tasks in the operational maintenance of roads;
– modern materials and technologies for road and bridge maintenance;
– digitalization;
– road and bridge inventory and inspections;
– pricing and procurement of road maintenance services;
– regulatory and legal framework for road maintenance and road safety;
– practical cases of road safety audits and inspections;
– assessment of socio-economic losses from road traffic accidents.

We thank all participants for their active engagement, interesting questions, and valuable suggestions. We continue working together to ensure proper road maintenance and road safety.
