Discussion of DBN on Bridges

On March 26, 2025, the team of SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure» held a public discussion on the value of the reliability factor for responsibility, which arose during the development by the Institute’s team of the draft DBN V.2.3-22:202X “Bridges and Culverts. Basic Design Requirements”.

More than 130 representatives from various organizations and institutions took part in the discussion, including the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, bridge owners and designers, state expertise bodies, and other specialists.

The community was presented with the results of the work of the Expert Council on Bridge Infrastructure operating under SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure», including an analysis of existing standards and proposals regarding the consideration of the reliability factor for responsibility in the new revision.
