ROAD SAFETY MANIFESTO
On 19 August 2025, the First Deputy Director of SE “National Institute for Development Infrastructure” Anatolii Tsynka took part in the review of the manifesto “Zero Road Deaths in Ukraine”.
Anatolii Tsynka presented the latest developments of our Institute in the field of road safety, with the video recording available at https://www.youtube.com/live/cZGWia8ih_I?si=n_ShCHG5HQVKtlvA
Our experience is based on the analysis of road traffic accidents on the network of public state roads conducted by our certified auditors and road safety inspection engineers.
In addition, our team is regularly involved in unscheduled road safety inspections at designated locations across Ukraine. Based on the results, clients receive detailed technical reports describing identified deficiencies, potential risks, and recommendations for improving road safety.
Institute specialists also continuously conduct field inspections of road signs and road markings on highways in different regions of Ukraine in order to assess their daytime and nighttime visibility, characterized by brightness and retroreflectivity coefficients.
Our team continuously works on developing all possible measures to reduce accident rates and to preserve the life and health of all road users.
