Conference on Determining the Cost of Construction Projects

From May 20 to 22, 2025, Artem Bezuglyi, Director of the SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure», delivered a presentation on the specifics of pricing in construction and the maintenance of infrastructure facilities at the 17th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Determining the Cost of Construction Projects, Design, Construction and Installation, and Repair Works Using Modern Technologies. Life Cycle Cost Management of Facilities – 2025”.

The conference took place in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk and brought together managers and specialists from construction and housing and utility organizations, clients, investors, and designers from all regions of Ukraine.

As part of the event, Artem Bezuhlyi, Director of the National Institute for Infrastructure Development, not only delivered a presentation on the specifics of pricing in construction and the maintenance of infrastructure facilities, but also highlighted current pricing issues in the construction industry and ways to address them. He took part in panel discussions on monitoring prices of material resources and in the preparation of the conference resolution, which will be submitted to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
