BIM SEMINAR
17–18 November 2025, the team of SE «National Institute for Development Infrastructure » participated in the organization and delivery of a seminar in Lviv dedicated to the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in infrastructure recovery and development projects.
BIM technologies radically change the approach to the design, construction, and operation of buildings. Their importance lies not only in the creation of a 3D model, but in the formation of a complete digital environment for making more accurate, faster, and economically justified decisions.
During the seminar, the Director of SE “National Institute for Infrastructure Development” Artem Bezuhlyi presented the regulatory framework for the functioning of BIM technologies in construction and proposed ways to accelerate their implementation in the context of Ukrainian realities, while the Advisor to the Director for International Affairs Olena Bondar moderated the two-day seminar and presented practical tools for applying BIM technologies in reconstruction projects.
It is important that the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine is taking concrete steps toward a transparent, efficient, and technologically advanced system for managing infrastructure projects.
