SEMINAR ON PRICING IN CONSTRUCTION
On 20 July 2022, the team of SE "DerzhdorNDI" held an online seminar “Pricing in the construction of buildings and structures: innovations and practical cases” via Zoom.
Specialists of the construction and road sectors were presented with the main innovations in the construction pricing system, in particular:
- Cost estimating standards of Ukraine for construction pricing issued by the Ministry of Regional Development;
- Methodologies and rules for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public roads issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure;
- practical aspects of determining the cost of construction of buildings and structures (including destroyed or damaged ones) at all stages of the investment process, taking into account the latest changes;
- features of determining the cost of design works and works on assessing the technical condition and operational suitability of buildings and structures.
