OPENTALK PRICING METHODOLOGY

On 5 July 2022, the team of SE "DerzhdorNDI" held a discussion of key controversial issues related to the provisions of the Methodology for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public roads via Zoom.

In the OpenTalk format, representatives of regional road services, contracting organizations, designers, and experts (more than 150 participants) discussed a number of key controversial issues related to the provisions of the Methodology for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public roads.

It should be noted that the Methodology is being developed as a further development of the Rules for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of public roads, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine dated 02.05.2022 No. 273. This package of documents is being developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated 16.11.2021 No. 1881-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Transfer of Powers for Regulatory Pricing in the Field of Construction of Public Roads”.
