DISCUSSION OF DBN ON BRIDGE DESIGN
On 11 August 2022, the team of SE "DerzhdorNDI" held a public presentation of the first draft version of DBN V.2.3-22 “Bridges and culverts. Basic design requirements” as part of another episode of the Road Innovation Platform via Zoom.
During the event, the following issues were discussed:
- unified terminology;
- consideration of current standards, regulatory documents, and Eurocodes;
- reliability parameters, loads, and impacts;
- criteria for determining dimensions and designation of safety lanes;
- options for pavement structure, waterproofing, and drainage.
