NATIONAL TRANSPORT UNIVERSITY CONFERENCE
On 24 November 2022, the team of SE "DerzhdorNDI" joined the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Implementation of Innovative Materials and Technologies in the Design, Construction, and Operation of Transport Infrastructure Facilities”, which took place in Kyiv.
Today, as many regions of Ukraine are recovering from yesterday’s massive missile attack by Russian terrorists, specialists of the National Transport University are holding an international-scale event with true indomitable spirit.
The lack of electricity and communication did not prevent the Director of SE"DerzhdorNDI", Artem Bezuglyi, from presenting on the role of the Institute in the restoration and reconstruction of road infrastructure.
In the conditions of war, our Institute team:
- works on updating state building codes and national standards (including their harmonization with European ones);
- reforms the pricing system;
- carries out inspections of damaged transport structures and provides scientific and practical recommendations for their further restoration;
- reviews design solutions for the reconstruction and restoration of road infrastructure within Section 5 of the Scientific and Technical Council;
- in conditions of technical salt shortage, studies various alternative anti-icing materials;
- ensures advanced training and professional certification of specialists.
