METHODOLOGY FOR COST EVALUATION

DerzhdorNDI SE team together with leading industry experts is actively preparing suggestions to the draft methodology for determining the losses caused by losses in transport, telecommunications and communications infrastructure.
 The 1st draft of the Methodology was presented to the expert working group yesterday.
This Methodology is being developed for execution of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 326 of March 20, 2022 "Approval of the Order of evaluation of damages and losses incurred by Ukraine as the result of military aggression of the Russian Federation".
 The group of experts develops methodological tools for determining the real amount of damages caused to Ukraine by the Russian Federation as a result of damage to the transport infrastructure and preparing a consolidated claim to the international courts.
