APPROVAL OF SOU 42.1-37641918-087

Dear colleagues!

The Standard of Organization of Ukraine of SOU 42.1-37641918-087: 2019 "Highways. Engineering and technical support of the construction of facilities of the road economy" developed by M.P. Shulgin State Road Research Institute State Enterprise (DerzhdorNDI SE) is approved by Order of UKRAVTODOR dated 02.11.2019 No. 43.

The Standard will come into force on 01.04.2019.

The SOU defines tasks and functions of engineering and technical support during the facilities construction on public roads.

The Standard provides provisions for:

• regulatory and normative support of organization of facilities construction of road economy;

• procedure of preparation and design of permission documents for preparing and construction works performance;

• organization of road construction works;

• author’s and technical supervision;

• design and technological support of facilities construction of road economy;

• preparation of executive documentation.

The Annexes of the Standard contain the following:

• list of regulations for road construction materials (spesifications and test methods);

• forms of general work journals pages and author's supervision, special journals for the carrying out certain types of road construction works, hidden work performance and intermediate acceptance of critical structures certificates, real time geodetic works journal, as well as forms of laboratory control documents.

Dissemination of SOU 42.1-37641918-087: 2019 "Highways. Engineering and technical support of the construction of facilities of the road economy" is carried out on a contractual basis by DerzhdorNDI SE.
