We sincerely congratulate you on the 30th Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine!
The Constitution is not only the Fundamental Law of our state. It is the foundation of freedom, democracy, the rule of law, and responsibility to future generations. These values are the pillars on which a strong, independent, and successful Ukraine is built.
Today, as our country undergoes extraordinary trials, the provisions of the Constitution acquire special meaning. They remind us of the highest value of human dignity, unity, justice, and the right of every Ukrainian to live in a free and independent state.
On this festive day, we express our deepest gratitude to our Defenders who courageously protect Ukraine, its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and constitutional values every day. Thanks to their resilience, bravery, and self‑sacrifice, we have the opportunity to live, work, create, and build the future of our state. We bow low to each and every one who stands in defense of Ukraine.
We wish everyone good health, peace, prosperity, new professional achievements, faith in your own strength, unity, and confidence in Victory and a happy future for Ukraine.
May the Constitution remain a reliable foundation for the development of our state, and may our joint efforts bring closer a peaceful, strong, and prosperous future for Ukraine.
