ANCHORS OF BIG CONSTRUCTION
Infrastructure club. “Anchors of Big Construction” eleventh meeting:
On November 19, 2021 at 14:00 “DerzhdorNDI” SE invites the infrastructure construction market participants to discuss the main challenges for development of road infrastructure, in particular, the issues of environmental responsibility will be raised.
The following issues are in focus:
• land allocation for new construction of roads;
• features of evaluation road construction environmental impact;
• obtaining technical requirements from companies - monopolies (for instance regional energy companies).
We invite representatives of state executive authorities, public, science, existing enterprises and the expert community to comment on following:
• solving problems in the procedure of environmental impact evaluation (EIE), terms of the procedure and the development of relevant documentation;
• analysis of restrictions on lands included in the State Land Cadastre (SLC), protected areas of cultural heritage;
• access to information on meteorology, flora, fauna of the regions;
• methodological support for the formation of the report on environmental impact evaluation (EIE) and its conditions;
• post-project monitoring systems.
