TRAFFIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT

Today we present the Traffic Safety Department.

“DerzhdorNDI” SE Traffic Safety Department is engaged in the black spots determination with the subsequent inspection and development of measures for traffic safety improving, traffic safety audit fulfillment, developing traffic safety normative documents.

The department also performs the following work:

  • Updating and maintenance of the accounting and analysis branch database of traffic accidents;
  • Evaluation of traffic safety levels of the public roads network;
  • Carrying out quarterly road accident monitoring by the regions;
  • Development of traffic safety recommendations based on the analysis of accidents by type of accident, time of year, traffic violations and others;

Also, the Department provides the following services:

  • road institutions and organizations consulting assistance;
  • development of new and updating of existing normative documents according to the directions of the Department’s activity;
  • searching for optimal solutions for accident rate reducing and achieving the zero level of mortality on roads.
