Your main responsibilities will be:

 

• Development of projects of legislative, regulatory and legal acts, regulatory documents on pricing in construction;

• Informational and advisory assistance to all participants of the investment process on issues of pricing and procurement;

• Analysis, systematization and implementation of advanced practices of estimated pricing;

• Formation and updating of databases of similar objects and databases of prices, aggregated indicators of the cost of works.

Our ideal candidate is the following :

 

  • Higher technical or economic education, at least 2 years of work experience as head of an independent unit in a construction organization;
  • academic degree (candidate of sciences or doctor of philosophy);

Knowledge:

  • Current guidelines and regulatory documents regarding the determination of the cost of construction;
  • Construction market, market prices for BM works and materials;
  • National standards of Ukraine, interstate standards and methods of scientific development.
  • Excellent ability to draw up estimates, check estimates, check reports of completed works in specialized software packages and Excel;
  • Positive innovation experience;
  • Proactive attitude in life and focus on the result.
