INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS

Today we held a solemn meeting of “DerzhdorNDI” SE team on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine, during which we recalled the most significant achievements in the development of our enterprise over the past 30 years.

 

And we have to be proud of the following:

 

The institute is defined as the basic organization of the Ministry of Regional Development and included in the register of scientific institutions, which are provided with state support;

We are leaders in updating the regulatory framework in construction and we have a powerful 307 Technical Committee for Standardization on the basis of the Institute;

We became a member of the International Association of European Research Institutes FEHRL, which makes it possible to take into account the European vector in researches performing;

We have a NAAU-accredited Personnel Certification Body;

We provide active work of Section 5, which allows to implement modern designing solutions on the road facilities of Big Construction;

We have created and are constantly improving AESUM- Analytical expert bridge management system;

We have founded and developed “Roads and Bridges” collection of scientific papers;

We set a certain record in the industry in 2020, getting the highest net profit of all state enterprises subordinated to Ukravtodor;

We digitize workflows - e-business trips, online task tables, electronic circulation of contract documents and hold of all meetings in ZOOM format;

Working conditions have been significantly improved - medical insurance has been introduced, additional incentives to defend the dissertation, modern equipment has been purchased and repairing have been made in all premises;

We introduced English language courses for all interested specialists of the Institute;

We increased significantly the level of communication by active information policy pursuing in Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, You-Tube, Web and LinkedIn;

We have a strong trade union committee that has arranged more than 60 different trips during the years of Independence;

We opened the Innovation Portal and established the format of the Road Innovation Platform to accelerate the introduction of innovations in road construction;

We became the flagships of reforms in the road sector.

In addition, we traditionally awarded the specialists of our institute for high professionalism and conscientious work by encouraging awards.

During the 30 years of Independence, we have gone through a difficult thorny path on which we developed the country, strengthened its greatness and power. Our team is always a reliable support in the development of road infrastructure.
