M.P. Shulgin State Road Research Institute State Enterprise as the main research institution for The State Agency of Motor Roads of Ukraine is going to prepare scientifically sound proposals for the procurement of instrumental assessment of the current state of roads, including determining the expected cost of these services, asks all interested parties to submit proposals on such issues:
Scope of services:
Technical survey of roads with instrumental methods
Data collection is carried out on highways of international (M), national (N) and regional (R) importance.

The length of roads of national importance - 24 800 km.
Procurement procedure- request for price proposals
Type of contract: One-time agreement
Contract currency: UAH without VAT
Terms of payment: Payment after the provision of services monthly for the actual amount of work performed
Approximate order date: 1st quarter of 2022
The Bidder / Seller agrees to keep the prices in its bid for 90 days from the date of bid submission.

Also, each interested organization may separately submit the indicators of the highway, which could be taken in the process of determining the data in Table 1, provided that they may be collected simultaneously.
Based on the results of consideration of commercial proposals, the expected cost for the purchase of services will be formed. and procurement would be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”.
