MODERN TECHNOLOGIES

The team of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development" met with representatives of TEARM4UA, who implemented a unique project in Ukraine - 3D printing of a school in Lviv.

Jean-Christophe Bonis, one of the founders of the organization, and Guillaume Banos, Partnership Manager, presented to the Institute's specialists their innovative solutions that are important to implement during infrastructure reconstruction.

3D printing in construction has a number of advantages:

- Reducing the need to transport heavy materials, and thus reducing carbon emissions, which contributes to the creation of an environmentally friendly construction industry;

- the ability to create sophisticated designs, which contributes to the realization of creative ideas of architects;

- ensuring efficient use of resources through precise layer application, while reducing waste in construction and contributing to the development of a green economy.

We have already reached a number of practical agreements with our colleagues:

  • development of the necessary regulatory documents;
  • creation of a joint coordinating committee for the implementation of 3D construction within the framework of an international independent expert platform;
  • creation of a testing laboratory for certification of materials for 3D construction.
