Seminar
From March 10 to 12 in Vinnytsia, the team of the State Enterprise “National Institute for Development Infrastructure” with the support of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, held a scientific and practical seminar “Current Issues of Infrastructure Recovery and Development: Legal Framework, Pricing, and Procurement.”
The event gathered more than 200 participants: representatives of Regional Restoration Services, regional military administrations, local governments, design, engineering and contracting organizations, as well as expert institutions from different regions of Ukraine.
Key topics of the seminar included:
- legal changes in urban planning and construction standards;
- pricing in construction: features of Resolution No. 1512, price database, construction product codifier, contract price formation, and monitoring of material costs;
- public procurement: risks, appeal practices, tender documentation and qualification requirements;
- international measurement systems (CESMM) and modern contract models in construction;
- attracting financing for recovery projects from international organizations and partnership programs;
- implementation of BIM technologies, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
