SEMINAR
From January 16 to 19, 2024 "DerzhdorNDI" SE together with the State Agency of Ukraine for Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Development of Ukraine held a scientific and practical seminar "TOPICAL ISSUES OF INFRASTRUCTURE REHABILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT: regulatory and legal framework, pricing and procurement".
It was the most difficult and responsible seminar in the history of our Institute's team. After all, within 4 days, 150 specialists directly in Ivano-Frankivsk and more than 250 participants online across all over Ukraine were improving their skills in plenary sessions and 5 sections on different thematic areas.
Among the participants of the event:
- Heads and/or Deputy Heads of Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Development Services in the regions;
- responsible specialists in legal, estimates and procurement issues of the Rehabilitation Services;
- specialists of regional state administrations and state-owned enterprises;
-balance holders of public roads of local importance;
- specialists of contracting, design and expert organizations, subsidiaries of JSC of JSC "SJSC "Automobile Roads of Ukraine" and other interested institutions and enterprises.
The seminar was focused on:
- current legal issues in the field of infrastructure restoration and development;
- regulatory and legal support of urban development activities;
- peculiarities of public procurement during martial law;
- the procedure for pricing in civil construction using the estimate norms of Ukraine;
- regulatory and methodological aspects of pricing road works and road services;
- algorithms and approaches to the analysis of prices for material resources;
- international system for measuring construction works CESMM;
- regulatory support for the construction, current repair and operational maintenance of roads;
- digitalization in construction and implementation of BIM technologies.
But the most important result of the participants' work at the seminar was a package of proposals to address problematic issues and improve the regulatory framework for infrastructure rehabilitation and development.
We thank all the lecturers for interesting practical lectures, and the participants
for their active work, relevant issues and incredible emotions from the large-scale event.
