LEGAL ISSUES SEMINAR

From August 28th to 30th in Chernivtsi, the team from the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development," in collaboration with the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine, held a scientific-practical seminar on the topic "Legal Aspects of Infrastructure Restoration and Development: Organization of the Legal Service's Work."

The event was attended by managers, lawyers, procurement specialists, and estimators from regional Restoration Services, as well as state and private enterprises from all over Ukraine.

A wide range of interesting topics were discussed:

- Common violations recorded by supervisory authorities during the inspection of the efficient use of funds for the restoration and development of infrastructure projects;
- Practical cases in applying cost norms and pricing methodologies in construction;
- Regulatory and legal aspects of determining objective quality indicators for road work performance;
- Legislative innovations regarding administrative procedures;
- The algorithm of actions, rights, and obligations during searches and temporary access to property;
- Current issues in the field of public procurement of works and services;
- Features of applying labor legislation norms;
- Digital tools for infrastructure restoration and development in Ukraine;
- Organizational and legal support for the activities of a consultant engineer in Ukraine.
