LEGAL ISSUES SEMINAR

Today marked the start of the scientific-practical seminar "LEGAL ASPECTS OF INFRASTRUCTURE RESTORATION AND DEVELOPMENT: ORGANIZATION OF THE LEGAL SERVICE'S WORK," organized by the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development."

Today's seminar focused on topics such as analyzing the results of inspections by supervisory bodies, reviewing common violations recorded by these bodies during the restoration and development of infrastructure projects, practical cases in applying cost norms and pricing methodologies in construction, and regulatory legal acts related to public procurement, as well as recent updates to legislation on administrative procedures.

Tomorrow, we will continue discussing a number of pressing issues:
- Features of applying labor legislation norms;
- Common mistakes in labor relations;
- Labor disputes, employee dismissals, disciplinary actions, remote work, downtime, and suspension of employment contracts, along with answers to participants' questions regarding labor law;
- Searches and temporary access: what you need to know, the action plan, rights and obligations, and practical advice;
- Organizational and legal support for the activities of a consultant engineer in Ukraine.

It's important that in the professional community of lawyers, estimators, and procurement specialists from all over Ukraine, we are developing a shared and coordinated position on resolving disputed issues in the field of infrastructure restoration and development.
