SEMINAR ON COST ESTIMATION

At the seminar “Key Changes and Innovations in the Regulatory Framework for Construction Cost Determination. Analytics,” held on May 5, Artem Bezuglyi, Director of the State Enterprise “DerzhdorNDI,” presented the key innovations of the pricing reform in highway construction.

The event was attended by around 100 participants, including flagship companies from industry, energy, and residential construction sectors, representatives of capital construction departments of city councils and regional state administrations, water utilities and heating networks, restoration services and municipal enterprises, as well as design and expert organizations.

It is hoped that the progressive provisions of the Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services will be reflected in the improvement of the Ukrainian Construction Cost Estimation Standards (KNU) for pricing in construction.
