WORKSHOP ON PRICING IN CONSTRUCTION

"DerzdorNDI" SE invites everyone to take part in an online scientific and practical workshop "Pricing in the construction of buildings and structures: innovations and practical cases", which will be held July 20, 2022 through the ZOOM site.

The main topics of the event are:

·         practical aspects of determining the cost of construction of buildings and structures (including destroyed or damaged) at all stages of the investment process, taking into account the latest changes;

·         review of the estimated standards of Ukraine on pricing in construction;

·         peculiarities of determining the cost of design works;

·         new algorithm of monitoring prices for material resources;

·         procedure for the development, coordination, approval and application of individual resource estimate norms and estimate norms of enterprises;

·         integrated indicators of the cost of works;

·         guidance for determining the cost of works to assess the technical condition and serviceability of buildings and structures;

·         branch-specific features: review of methods and rules for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of public roads;

·         methodological approaches to pricing in construction, current repair and maintenance of streets and roads in cities and other settlements.

 For participation in the workshop we invite representatives of construction and road organizations, customers, designers, expert organizations and other persons interested in the issues of pricing in construction.
