SEMINAR ON PRICING AND PROCUREMENT


           The State Agency for the Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine jointly with the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development" invites estimating and procurement specialists to take part in the scientific and practical seminar "Pricing and Procurement in Construction: Modern Practices and Approaches" (hereinafter - the Seminar), which will be held on July 31 - August 2, 2024, in Ivano-Frankivsk region (for security reasons, the exact location of the Seminar will be announced only to registered participants).

The main topics of the event:

- Peculiarities of pricing in the construction and operation of facilities for various purposes;
- Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works;
- innovations in construction standards and regulations;
- digitalization in construction and implementation of BIM technologies;
- implementation of contracts under the "design-build" scheme;
- peculiarities of public procurement;
- peculiarities of using international measurement systems;
- innovations in the resource element estimate norms of Ukraine;
- master class on working in the estimate software system;
- peculiarities of using the Database of prices for material resources;
- determining the cost of engineering and other services.

Tentative schedule of the Seminar:
July 31, 12:00 - 17:30, registration and plenary session;

August 01, 10:00 - 18:00, plenary session and individual consultations;

August 02, 10:00 - 13:30, plenary session and summarizing of the event.
