PRICING AND PROCUREMENTS WORKSHOP . FINAL

“PRICING AND PROCUREMENTS IN THE ROAD INDUSTRY. FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF CONTRACT PRICES FOR ROAD WORKS" scientific and practical workshop organized by Ukravtodor and “DerzhdorNDI” SE completed its work today.

Following issues were considered at the workshop:

 

• New Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repairing and maintenance of public roads.

• Features of application of estimate norms and standards on pricing in construction for transitional objects.

• Innovations in legislative and regulatory acts in the field of public procurements.

• Features of application of the international CESMM measurement system and the compilation of the BoQ scope of work statement.

• Practical aspects of the software complex operation for determining the cost of road works and services.

• Innovations in legislative and regulatory provision of urban planning activities.

 

The participants of the workshop (more than 200 specialists from all parts of Ukraine: customers, contractors, designers and other institutions) positively evaluated the innovations in pricing in the construction of public roads and expressed their readiness to work according to the new Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, and repairing and maintenance of public roads.
