UKRAVTODOR WORKSHOP ON LEGAL AND FINANCIAL ASPECTS

“Legal and financial aspects in the road industry” scientific and practical workshop organized by Ukravtodor together with “DerzhdorNDI” SE started its work in Lviv today. The event is attended by representatives of all regional road services personally and distantly.

 

Among the main issues considered today at the event are following :

 

• State and prospects of the road sector financing;

• Features of planning and implementation of cost estimates for the maintenance of road asset holders;

• Planning the expenses on the official vehicles;

• Practical aspects of co-financing from local budgets for road development;

• Modern information systems for monitoring the expenses on road works and planning estimates of customer service expenses;

• Innovations in accounting in road construction;

• Judicial practices for resolving disputes in the area of public procurement;

• Topical issues of land alienation during the roads construction;

• Judicial practices for resolving disputes concerning compensation for damage caused by traffic accidents.

 

Tomorrow we will consider innovations in the legislative and regulatory support of the road sector, features of resolving disputes regarding the quality of work performed and will discuss the problematic issues that arise in the current activities.

The events of such level raise the qualification of all specialists of the Ukravtodor system, improve awareness of the latest innovations in legal and financial matters and allow to develop a unified corporate approach for solving of typical problems.
