REGIONAL TRAINING ON COST ESTIMATION
On August 30, specialists of the State Enterprise “DerzhdorNDI” conducted another regional training session in Poltava on the application of the Rules and Methodology for Determining the Cost of Road Works and Services, as well as the specifics of the international CESMM measurement system.
It is important that, thanks to these training sessions, many cost estimation specialists have made significant progress in adapting to best international practices, learning how to code works and services according to the international CESMM measurement system. This system is transparent and understandable for potential donors and international companies.
