REGIONAL TRAINING ON COST ESTIMATION
On June 15, the team of the State Enterprise “DerzhdorNDI” continued its series of field training sessions on cost estimation in Vinnytsia.
The Methodology includes a transparent and clear mechanism for forming a reserve of funds to cover additional costs related to inflationary processes, as well as risk coverage funds for all participants in road works and services.
The aim is to familiarize cost estimation specialists from clients, contractors, and design organizations with the new Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services, the specifics of the international CESMM measurement system, and to obtain their feedback on the practical application of these documents.
Training sessions in this format will make it possible to prepare well-founded proposals and amendments to the Methodology for the objective determination of the cost of road works and services.
