REGIONAL TRAINING ON COST ESTIMATION
On July 4, in Kyiv, specialists in cost estimation from clients, contractors, and design organizations were introduced to the new Rules and Methodology for Determining the Cost of Road Works and Services, as well as the specifics of coding works under the international CESMM measurement system.
The training format not only allows specialists to improve their qualifications, but also to hear real practical cases within the professional environment regarding the application of the Rules and the Methodology. Based on the results of the training sessions, Institute specialists will develop proposals for amendments to the Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services in order to improve the accuracy of pricing in the road sector.
