REGIONAL TRAINING ON COST ESTIMATION
On September 20, in Kropyvnytskyi, specialists of the State Enterprise “DerzhdorNDI” conducted another regional training session for cost estimation professionals from regional restoration and development services, local road agencies, contracting companies, and design organizations. The training focused on the application of the Rules and Methodology for Determining the Cost of Road Works and Services, as well as the specifics of the international CESMM measurement system.
The purpose of the training sessions is to enhance the capacity of the regional professional community to apply the new Rules and Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services, to promote understanding of the principles and approaches of the international CESMM measurement system, and, most importantly, to hear and identify practical issues raised by specialists.
