REGIONAL TRAINING ON PRICING

"DerzhdorNDI" SE team today in Sumy held a regular regional training on the application of the Rules and Methods for determining the cost of road works and services and features of the international measurement system CESMM.

The reform of the pricing system in road construction has actually defined a new philosophy in the system of relations between the customer and the contractor, where the volume, quality, timing of works and compliance with the project documentation are now at the forefront. The key innovations in pricing approaches include a fixed contract price based on aggregate cost indicators, mandatory use of the international CESMM measurement system, a transparent and clear mechanism for creating a reserve to cover additional costs associated with inflationary processes and funds to cover the risks of all participants in road works and services.

But what is most impressive is the resilience of the specialists who, under the sound of regular shelling of the border community, are actively discussing and providing their proposals for improving the Rules and Methodology for Determining the Cost of Road Works and Services.
