REBRANDING OF THE INSTITUTE

"DerzhdorNDI" SE has expanded the activities of "DerzhdorNDI" SE and renamed it.

From now on, the new name of the Institute will be the State Enterprise "National Institute of Infrastructure Development" (abbreviated as SE "NIDI").

Mustafa Nayyem, Head of the Restoration Agency, signed the charter of the State Enterprise "National Institute for Infrastructure Development" and set the main tasks for its Director Artem Bezuglyi.

The Institute will deal with a wide range of issues related to the implementation of scientific and technical policy not only in the field of road infrastructure, but also in the development of infrastructure facilities (including linear engineering and transport infrastructure), fortifications and tunnels, border crossing points for road and rail traffic, etc.

During the war years, "DerzhdorNDI" SE Institute proved to be able to work not only on road economy issues, but also on other important strategic projects related to infrastructure development.

In particular, the Institute's team:

- Provided scientific and technical support for the construction of protective structures for energy infrastructure facilities and the design of tunnel structures;

- started creating a database of prices for materials not only for the road, but also for the construction industry.

- created a communication platform for the presentation of the latest materials and technologies for key stakeholders in infrastructure restoration - the "Portal and Platform of Innovations";

- translated and practically adapted the provisions of the international CESMM work measurement system, which is transparent and understandable for potential donors and international companies;

- organized 12 regional trainings in all parts of Ukraine on pricing and CESMM, improving the skills of more than 300 estimators;

- modernized the Portal and the Innovation Platform, which now allows to present not only the latest materials and technologies for roads, but also for all areas of construction;

- held the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference on Technical Inspection of Buildings and Structures with the Use of Advanced Methods and Non-Destructive Testing in Construction, etc.

We are confident that the renewed NIDI SE Institute will become a powerful driver in the implementation of innovations in the restoration and development of infrastructure.
