Appointment of the First Deputy Director
Dear colleagues!
This is to inform you that, as of January 16, 2019, Anatolii Tsynka was appointed to the position of the First Deputy Director of our Institute (the Order dated January 15, 2019, No. 13-k).
Biographical reference:
Anatolii Tsynka was born on January 21, 1980 in the town of Lebedyn, Sumy region.
In June 2004 he graduated with honors from the Kharkiv National Road-Transport University (KhNADU) and obtained the specialty “Highways and Airfields”.
He worked as the III Category Engineer at KhNADU.
Throughout 2005-2010 his career ranged from the position of the I Category Engineer to the Head of the Technology of Construction, Repair and Operational Maintenance of Highways Department at the Ukrainian State Manufacturing-Engineering Enterprise “UDVTP "Ukrdortekhnologiia"”.
From 2010 to 2012 he was taking up the position of the Head of the Technology of Construction, Repair and Operational Maintenance Department of "DerzhdorNDI" SE
Throughout 2012-2019 he worked as the Head of the Innovation Development Department of the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).
