PLATFORM. XVII RELEASE

We invite you to XVII Release of the Platform of Road Innovations, where we will consider the Amendment No.2 to the DBN on the designing and construction of public roads, developed by “DerzhdorNDI” SE team, which will come into force from March 1, 2022!

In this document, we have provided following innovations:

 

• Prohibition of attributed left turns with a traffic intensity of more than 20 thousand vehicles / day;

• Stationary electric lighting on the M-roads of the I category with intensity more than 30 thousand vehicles/ day;

• Ground pedestrian crossings over roads of I-II category;

• Elimination of pavement service life dependence from traffic intensity;

• Updating the requirements for establishing the minimum thickness of layers of non-rigid pavement;

• Requirements for planning and designing of cycling infrastructure, as well as ensuring the accessibility of low mobile groups.
