PLATFORM OF ROAD INNOVATIONS

We invite everyone who wishes to take part in the next release of "Platform of Road Innovations" project of "DerzhdorNDI" SE team, within the framework of which we will present the key aspects of the pricing reform in the road industry.

We present the documents approved by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 1881-IX dated 11/16/2021 "On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Transfer of Powers for Regulatory Norms of Pricing in the Field of Construction of Public Roads":

 

- Rules for determining the cost of construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of public roads (order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 273, dated 02.05.2022)

- Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services regarding the determination of the cost of new construction, reconstruction, repairing, and operational maintenance of public roads (Order No. 753, dated October 7, 2022), which will enter into force on October 17, 2022.

Participation in the event will be of interest, first of all, to experts in the estimation business of highway services in the regions, regional state administrations, local road agencies, contracting organizations, design, expert and engineering companies.

The main innovations of the pricing system in the road industry are:

- the possibility of forming a contractual price and carrying out mutual calculations using internationally recognized reporting forms, in particular by using a consolidated indicator of the cost of works

- a new approach to the classification of road works and services the introduction of the obligatory drawing up of a statement of scope of works BoQ

- improvement of price monitoring systems due to the possibility of using various sources of information, in particular price databases

- an innovative objective approach to the calculation of funds to cover risks and inflation.
