FUNCTIONALITIES OF “CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES: ESTIMATE 8” SOFTWARE COMPLEX

We continue to acquaint you with the convenient functionality of “Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8” software complex.

In accordance with the Guidelines for the State Control and Audit Service the audit ( using of the funds for construction, the correctness of determination of the value of material resources in the acts of executed work performed by comparing of the resource register data to the acts of acceptance of work performed with accounting data of the contractor (Report of the consumption of basic materials in construction in proportion to production standards (M-29 form), Report of the material assets flow (M-19 form), accounts , invoices for the materials purchasing.

The function of generating reports by M-29 form is fully implemented “Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8" software complex.

This report implements convenient features for fast searching for the material or group of materials by using the "Filter" function. As a result, the list of materials will display only those items, which code or name contain a specified "keyword". Also it is possible to sort as in ascending order also alphabetically.

 

Using the software it is easy to prepare a report of consumption of the basic materials in construction in comparison with production standards.
