UPDATES TO "CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES –ESTIMATES 8" SOFTWARE COMPLEX
Dear users of "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8" Software Complex! A new version of "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8" software has been released on February 16, 2023. You can download the update here. 1. Improved sorting by classifier codes in the road works volume statement (BoQ), contract price, and Acts of acceptance of completed road works and / or services provided under the UPV. 2. Added "Encode according to CESSM4 rules" option in the print parameters of the bill of quantities (BoQ). If this option is set, job codes are printed without dots, except for items for which the user has created an additional job description, fig. 1.

3. When calculating of the contract price and Acts of acceptance of the works performed and/or services provided for the UPV, amounts not subject to VAT are taken into account. When forming the contract price and the Act of acceptance of the work performed and/or services provided under the VAT, the amounts not subject to VAT are automatically calculated by the program using the resource method and displayed in the "Other expenses" window, which can be opened on the "DC (UPV)" tab or "Act (UPV)", fig. 2.

4. The estimated regulatory base is supplemented with prices for construction materials and equipment, as of the 4th quarter of 2022.
5. Corrected units of measurement of KNU KB21-31-3, KB46-20-1 – KB46-20-5.
6. The exchange of estimate documentation with the AVK-5 software by IBD 6.0 format files has been improved.
