"CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES. ESTIMATE 8" SOFTWARE COMPLEX

Dear "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8"software complex users!

A new edition of "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATE 8" software has been released on December 5, 2022.

You can download the following update:

 

1. Determination of the road works cost with application of cost approach, preparation of contract prices and acts of acceptance of completed works using aggregated cost indicators of road works and services had been implemented, the volumes and types of which are provided by the notice of scope of works (BoQ) (Order of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine No. 753, dated 07.10.2022).

2. The estimated regulatory base is supplemented with industry calculations of resources directed on:

 

• construction and repairing works on public roads (code of norms- DB);

• maintenance of public roads (code of norms- DU);

• operation of road machines and mechanisms (code of norms ends with – DR, for example: СН200-61-DR).

 

3. The following are added to the estimated normative base:

 

• average indicators of the road machines and mechanisms operation cost as of November 20, 2022;

• indicators of the indirect cost of housing construction for the regions of Ukraine as on the 4th quarter of 2022 (Order of the Ministry of the Regions of Ukraine No. 214, dated 17.11.2022).

 

4. Read the Instructions for determination of the road works cost, preparing of contract prices and acts of completed works acceptance using UPV in the ESTIMATE 8 software.
