RESULTS OF 2023!

Another extremely difficult year in the life of each of us is coming to an end!

Usually, at the end of the year, people loudly summarize the results, rejoice in the successes that have been achieved, make new plans for the future, hold corporate events in the team, make personal entertainment programs for the New Year and think about what will be on the holiday table.

But today it's not the time for that...

Today, as every day, I would like to say THANK YOU to our courageous and heroic defenders from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including the employees of our Institute, who protect each of us at the cost of their own health and lives, win back every piece of land illegally taken from us, and fight for our right to live in an independent Ukraine.

We are grateful to "DerzhdorNDI" SE unbreakable team, which, despite numerous difficulties, ensured the fulfillment of all functions and tasks during this extremely difficult period, performed significant amount of work and ensured timely payment of a significant amount of taxes and mandatory payments to the state budget of Ukraine.

This year will be remembered for what we did:

  • Inspected and tested a record number of bridge structures in a short time, the functioning of which is so necessary to ensure the logistics of civilian and military cargo;
  • Worked within the framework of the Commission for Inspection of Bridge Structures, established by the National Security and Defense Council, to develop a package of proposals for the development and maintenance of bridges;
  • We filled the Analytical Expert System for Bridge Management (AESUM) with up-to-date data from surveys and inspections, which are necessary for the development of strategic and tactical steps to restore bridges and maintain their performance;
  • Provided scientific and technical support for the construction of protective structures for energy infrastructure facilities and the design of tunnel structures;
  • Inspected the safety of highways in all regions of Ukraine and provided recommendations on measures to improve road safety;
  • We were updating construction standards and regulations for roads and bridges to ensure they are as close as possible to the requirements of European and American standards;
  • Obtained the status of a basic organization of the Ministry of Infrastructure in the new area "Scientific, technical, research, methodological and information support of regulation on economics and pricing in construction";
  • Confirmed the status of the Ministry of Infrastructure's basic organization in the area of "Scientific, technical, research, methodological and information support for the regulation of design and construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, safety and accessibility during operation."
  • Translated and practically adapted the provisions of the international CESMM work measurement system, which is transparent and understandable for potential donors and international companies;
  • We organized 12 regional training sessions in all parts of Ukraine on pricing and CESMM, having upgraded the skills of more than 300 estimators;
  • Successfully held 3 international scientific and technical events on bridge management, the use of waste and secondary industrial products in road construction, the introduction of the modern American SUPERPAVE asphalt mix design system and 3 all-Ukrainian events on the inspection of buildings and structures using advanced methods, current issues of pricing in construction, transport modeling;
  • Gathered young road scientists for the Second All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference "YOUTH - DRIVERS OF THE COUNTRY RECOVERY";
  • Prepared updated versions of the Album of pavement structures and Recommendations on constructive solutions for the reconstruction of damaged roads, bridges and culverts;
  • Launched the active work of the Expert Council on Bridge Management, which includes more than 90 highly qualified bridge specialists;
  • Modernized the Portal and the Innovation Platform, which now allows to present not only the latest materials and technologies for roads, but also for all areas of construction;
  • We reported at the United Nations international platform on the destruction caused by the Russian aggressor to Ukraine's infrastructure and the measures taken to solve logistical problems, defended sanctions restrictions on Russian carriers, and shared practical cases of auditing and inspecting the safety of roads in Ukraine;
  • Organized a series of training sessions from foreign colleagues for Ukrainian specialists in the OpenTalk format, which can be viewed on our YouTube channel.
