SUBCOMMITTEE 5 TC 311

Today, the meeting of the Subcommittee 5 "Pricing in the construction of highways" of the Technical Committee 311 "Pricing and estimates in construction industry" has been held at the institute. 

At the meeting, the SOU "Resource element estimate norms for repair and construction works. Highways" and the SOU "Resource element estimate norms for the operation of construction machines and mechanisms. Machines and mechanisms for construction and repair of highways, streets and passages", as well as an Amendment to the SOU "Resource element estimate norms for construction works. Roads and airfields" and the SOU "Resource element estimate norms for the operation of construction machines and mechanisms. Machines for road and airfield construction" were considered.

According to the results of  the meeting of SC 5 - TC 311, the measures for improving the normative base in the resource element estimate norms part had been proposed.
