Updating of "Construction Technologies ESTIMATE 8" software

A new version of the program "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATES 8".

  1. In the "Price averaging" window, the ability to edit the name and unit of measurement added to the material list has been implemented.
  2. The translation of cost estimate documentation from Ukrainian into English and vice versa has been significantly accelerated and improved. To translate cost estimate documentation in the Project Structure window, select the Edit - Translation menu.
  3. The translation of the current page of the estimate regulatory framework into English has been implemented. 1.

  1. Fixed a bug that prevented the resource replacement history from being loaded.
  2. Improved uploading of estimates and work with classifiers in calculations for the ECT.
  3. Starting from 01.01.2024, the average monthly working hours for a 40-hour working week are set at 167.33 person-hours per month.
  4. In the register of estimated salary calculations (menu "Own norms" - "Register of estimated salary calculations"), starting from 01.01.2024, the subsistence minimum is set at UAH 3028(Law of Ukraine No. 3460-IX On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024 dated 09.11.2023).
  5. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1315 dated 15.12.2023 "On Approval of the Main Forecast Macro Indicators of Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2024-2026", the indicators for calculating funds related to inflationary processes were added: 2024 - 111.4%; 2025 - 109.7%; 2026 - 108.2%.
  6. For the estimate documentation calculated according to the Guidelines for determining the cost of construction, the ability to generate a statement of the scope of construction work (BoQ) and calculate the UPC at the stages of drawing up the contract price and in mutual settlements for work performed using classifiers has been added. To do this, in the project settings, select the option "Calculation of the EPC" - "by classifier" (Fig. 2).
