UPDATE OF THE “ESTIMATE 8” SOFTWARE

Dear users of the software "Construction Technologies: “ESTIMATE 8"!

A new version of the "Construction Technologies: Estimate 8" software, version of July 17, 2023, is available.

You can download the update here.

  1. The work has been significantly improved and the loading of information in the "Structures" and "Contracts" windows has been accelerated. With large volumes of data, the loading of construction objects and estimates in the "Structures" window has been accelerated by 2.54 times, and the loading of Contracts and Acts in the "All Structures" mode in the "Contracts" window has been accelerated by 35%.
  2. The command "Delete estimates with markers" was implemented which is available by right-clicking in the "Structures" window. This command deletes the estimates of the current structure or folder with user-defined markers.
  3.  The command "Create" - "Zero estimates by markers" was Implemented which is available by clicking the right mouse button in the "Structures" window. This command creates zero estimates for all estimate documents of the current structure, on which the markers specified by the user are installed.
  4. Access via Proxy-server to the Online service for monitoring the prices of construction materials was implemented https://checkprice.com.ua  and the Online service for automatic translation of estimate documentation. Access parameters to the Proxy server should be set in the "Settings" window (menu "Tools" - "Settings") on the "Updates" tab.
  5. The accuracy of calculating commercial estimates was improved.
  6. Due to the extension of martial law, the average monthly working hours for a 40-hour working week were set at 171.17 man-hours per month.
  7. The work with the "Classifiers" has been improved when making calculations for the consolidated cost indicators (SCI) in accordance with the Methodology for determining the cost of road works and services.
  8. Average indicators of the cost of operation of road machines and mechanisms for April, May, and June 2023 were added.
