Updating of the software "Construction Technologies: Estimate 8""
Dear users of the software "Construction Technologies: ESTIMATES 8"!
A new version of the software "Construction Technologies: Estimates 8", version of April 12, 2023 was issued.

According to the Letter No. 16-E/1 dated 03/15/2023, STC (Scientific and Technical Center ) "Ecoremont LLC" the following indicators were added
the average cost per man-hour by categories of work when performing repair work on fixed assets of enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, according to Annex 1;
indicators for determining the labor costs of employees in the investor's cost estimate documentation whose wages are included in general production costs and funds to cover other items of general production costs per 1 person/hour of the standard estimated labor intensity of repair works, which are provided for in the direct costs, according to Annex 2;
indicators for determining the amount of administrative costs per 1 person/hour of the total estimated labor intensity of repair works in the investor's estimate documentation, according to Annex 3;
indicators for determining the amount of estimated profit by type of work, according to Annex 4.
The update also includes:
Averaged indicators of the cost of operation of construction machines and mechanisms as of March 01, 2023.
Average transportation costs for determining the cost of transportation of construction goods by road in the investor's estimate documentation (as of March 01, 2023).
The amount below which the average monthly salary in construction for 2023 cannot be lower is set at UAH 12558.80. "Pricing in Construction", No. 3 2023.
Indicators for calculating the estimated profit and administrative expenses were added in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine No. 395 dated 28.08.2019 were added.
The calculation of the commercial contract price takes into account amounts that are not subject to VAT.
When preparing the Work acceptance certificate for the next reporting period, the notes that were added to the items of local estimates in previous certificates are retained.
In the estimates regulatory base, the norms that have lost their validity are displayed in gray.
In the "Prices and Tariffs" window, when applying coefficients to the prices of materials or equipment, it is possible to set the rounding of the price calculation result to the required number of decimal digits (Fig. 1).

When setting the formula for calculating the amount of work on the position of the local estimate ("hot" key F4) or the amount of work performed ("hot" key F7), it is possible to quickly set the rounding of the calculation result to the required number of decimal places, Fig. 2.

An error in printing the contract price Form 11 columns has been fixed, which consisted in the fact that in column 11, instead of the labor costs of machine operators, the total cost at the contract price was displayed.
When printing a local estimate with the option "by scope of work performed" checked, items with zero scopes are not printed.
The search results display the full names of the items of the regulatory framework, Fig. 3.

In the local estimate, it is possible to remove a resource or a group of selected resources from the norm using the Ctrl + Delete hot keys.
In the "Summary statement" report, the decoding of the cost of materials and equipment has been supplemented with selling prices.
When forming a supplementary agreement to the contract, a certificate of completion for previous periods is automatically created, which records the cost of work performed under the contract in accordance with Forms KB-3. If the status of this act is set to "Approved", then Forms KB-3 created on the basis of the works completion certificates of the supplementary agreement will take into account the cost of the works performed under the contract, i.e. Form KB-3 will be formed with accumulation from the beginning of construction, Fig. 4.
