Updating the Software BTE

Dear users of software " Building Technologies: ESTIMATE 8"!

A new version of the program "Building Technologies: ESTIMATE 8", version from July 2021 was released.

You can download the update here.

1. The calculation of commercial estimates taking into account the methodology of SOU 42.1-37641918-050: 2018 Highways. Rules for determining the cost of overhaul and SOU 42.1-37641918-085: 2018 Highways. Rules for determining the cost of current repair and operational maintenance were implemented.

2. Interface of automatic aggregation of positions of local estimates and calculation of the commercial index according to the methods of METINVEST ENGINEERING LLC was implemented.

3. Producer price indices to calculate the expected cost of construction work were updated.

4. When exporting printed forms, the MS Excel file opens automatically.

5. In the mode "Batch printing", depending on the selected album of estimated documents, the automatic selection of printed forms by default is implemented.

6. When printing documents in landscape orientation, the page number of the document is printed in the lower right corner.

7. Fixed errors in outputting analytical reports to the MS Excel file.

8. The conclusion on the printing of the document "List of the equipment" is implemented.

9. Search for standards in the user database was improved.

10. In the window "Prices and Tariffs" on the command "Set the calculation of transport and procurement costs" the installation of the cargo group for the selected materials in the list was implemented, Fig. 1.

11. In the window "Prices and Tariffs" it was implemented to set the calculation of transport and procurement costs for selected items from the list of equipment. The menu command "Set the calculation of transport and procurement costs" is available after right-clicking.

12. When copying estimates from the project to other project with the option "Bring resource prices to the prices of the current project" the prices for user resources are not reset.

13. Input / output of estimates in the format of IBD 5.2 for the exchange of estimated documentation with the AVK-5 program was significantly improved
