UPDATE TO “CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES - ESTIMATE” SOFTWARE COMPLEX

An update to “Construction Technologies – Estimate” software complex for determination of the road works cost (version 7.9.52 dated 01.03.2021) has been released.

  Version 7.9.52 includes the following:

  1. The average monthly salary for new projects is determined at 10,628.39 UAH for 3,8 category with an average monthly working time at 166.17 hours.
  1. The mount of the subsistence minimum, which for able-bodied persons as of 01.01.2021 is determined at 2270.00 UAH, is included in the template for calculation of the average monthly salary in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021”.
  1. Indicators of indirect cost of housing construction in the regions of Ukraine as of 01.10.2020 according to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine No. 311 dated 16.12.2020.
  1. The limitation of 2020 for the processing of the Form No. KB-3 is corrected.
