UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE COMPLEX "CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES - ESTIMATES"

The updates to the software complex for determining the road works cost "Construction Technologies - Estimates" (version 7.9.45 dated 14.02.2019) had been issued.

Version 7.9.45 includes the following:

1. The indicators of mediated cost of housing construction by regions of Ukraine as of 01.01.2019 were introduced.

The information is available on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine, dated January 15, 2019:

The letter of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine dated October 17, 2018 No. 7 / 15.3 / 10900-18;

The Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine dated 06.12.2018, No.335.

2. On default the average monthly salary - 8527.52 UAH, according to the letter of «Ukrderzhbudexpertisa» State Enterprise dated January 31, 2019, No. 78, was adopted.

3. The amendments were made in the template for calculating the amount of salary in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "About State Budget of Ukraine on 2019" and the Branch Agreement for 2019-2020.

4. The window for setting the parameters for calculation of design works cost was completed with the utility allowing the optional inclusion of the cost of equipment in the calculation to any table of averaged indicators (DSTU B D.1.1-7: 2013, section 5.3).
