UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE COMPLEX "CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES –ESTIMATES 8"

The updates to the software complex for determining the road works costs "Construction Technologies:  Estimates 8" (Version dated  11.05. 2019) had been issued.

 Version dated 11.05.2019 includes the following:

1. The account of works cost completed during the previous period had been implemented in the investment budget documentation.  For more details - see «User Guide», page 165.

2. Printed forms of documents are implemented: «Local estimates on the basis of consolidated estimated calculation», «Local estimates based on the contract price».

3. The option for choosing «Book» or «Landscape» page orientation implemented during local estimates printing.  

4. The option that makes possible to remove and replace the resource in the selected position of the local budget implemented in «Prices and Tariffs» window. For more details see «User Guide», page 122.

5. During printing out the resource list, the resources with negative volumes are not displayed in separate lines but summed up to the total resource volume.

6. It is possible to add the group of estimates from the estimated normative base to the local estimate. To select a group of pricing in the estimate normative base, press the «Ctrl» key and hold it down, during clicking by the mouse for selection the estimates norms you need. Then click on the «Add to estimate» icon.

7. In the Estimates Normative Base window the parameters adjustment of the resource element estimate norms unit cost calculation are implemented. If the Estimates Normative Base opens from the window of local budget by the command «Add Estimate Norm», the calculation of a unit value in the Estimates Normative Base is executed according to the rules of current estimates documentation. The parameters of the resource element estimate norms calculation are shown in the Estimates Normative Base in «Single Cost» tab and can be edited by the user. For more details see «User Guide», page 172.

8. For ease of the coefficients editing in «Project Structure» and «Local Estimates» windows, the «Coefficients» tab added by the field in which the coefficients applied to the current item of estimate or section and displayed in the format «K number = Values;" with the possibility of editing.

9. The «Estimates Expertise» function is added by the possibility of printing a report of cost estimates and existing standards comparing. For more details see «User Guide», page 235.

10. The function of the executed works acceptance act and the agreed contract price comparing is implemented. For more details see «User Guide», page 319.

11. The opportunity of the executed works acceptance act creation, including the work execution of previous periods is implemented, with further reflection in the certificate by the form No. KБ-3 of executed works value from the beginning of the year and from the beginning of construction by the reporting month inclusive. For more details see «User Guide», page 304

12. «Simplified» form of KБ-2 could be printed. The form No.КБ-2в (without reference to DSTU supplement) is available for selection in "Print Settings" window.

13. When creating the estimate, in the "construction" tab of the opportunity of choosing a general contractor is added (this field is optional). If in the estimate, in "construction" tab a general contractor is specified, the name of the general contractor’s organization will be printed automatically on the Certificates of Acceptance (form No. KБ-2в) and on the certificate of executed construction works cost (form No. KБ-3) of the current estimate for construction.

14. During printing of the Certificate of Acceptance of executed works (form No. KБ-2в) the opportunity for optional printing of the information about general contractor is added. If in the "Print Settings" window "Display the General Contractor Field" is installed, then the "Customer", "General Contractor" and "Subcontractor" will be printed in the headline of the form No.КБ-2в and the "Customer" and "Subcontractor" will be printed in the signatures. If "Display General Contractor Field" option is not installed, then the "Customer" and "Contractor" will be printed in the headline and signatures of the form No. КБ-2в.

15. During printing of the Certificate of Acceptance of executed work (form No. KБ-2в) in "Print Settings" window the opportunity to enter additional information that will be printed after the calculation of the Certificate of Acceptance of executed works before the signatures is added. For more details see «User Guide», page 299.

16. The printing of the form No. KБ-3 certificate with the opportunity to adjust the page orientation, fonts and signatures is implemented.

17. The opportunity to create an explanatory note to the contract price is added.

18. The averaged indicators of operation of construction machines and mechanisms cost as of March 1, 2019 (Collection "Pricing in construction" No.3 for March, 2019) are entered.

19. The averaged indicators of transport expenses for transportation of building cargoes as of  March 1, 2019 (Collection "Pricing in construction" No. 3 for March 2019) are entered.

20. The estimate regulatory base is supplemented by current market prices for construction materials and equipment as for the 1-st quarter of 2019.

21. The estimate regulatory base is supplemented by SOU Д.2.4-40090765-001: 2019 "Resource element estimate norms for repair and construction work. Roads ", letter of TC-311 dated January 28, 2019 No. 215, approved by the Order of "SLAVDORSTROY" LLC. The norms are assigned with the code СД1.

22. Information database 5.2 edition is implemented.

23 The uploading of estimate documentation and contract prices from the software "Construction Technologies: Estimates" version 7 to the software "Construction Technologies: Estimates 8"is improved.

24. During exporting the estimate documentation in the file of format БTK-7 and information database 5.2 and the output of coefficients to the norms of new construction during repair and reconstruction (group of coefficients К149 - К152) is implemented.

25. Using «Document History» (menu «Service»-«History») you can quickly find the estimate documentation, the contract price or the Certificate of Acceptance of executed works with which you have worked within the previous period.

26. "Hot Keys" for quick access to the estimate software commands that are used most frequently are added. For the complete  list of "Hot Keys" see «User Guide», page 396.
