INSPECTION OF BRIDGES

 

“DerzhdorNDI” SE specialists performed  scientific and technical support of bridges on the following roads:

 M-03 Kyiv- Kharkiv- Dovzhanskyi (towards Rostov-na-Donu);

 H-32 Pokrovsk - Bakhmut - Mykhailivka;

 T-13-02 "Tanyushivka" checkpoint - Starobilsk - Bakhmut.

 

During the process of S&T support of these objects (according to the Customer’s requirements) the following was performed:

  • analysis of technical documentation on used materials;
  • sampling of ready materials (from the area of work fulfillment and from the concrete plant) for checking of their characteristics in the laboratory;
  • production of samples from concrete mixture, verification of their characteristics;
  • development of cement-concrete mixtures at a concrete plant for bridge structures concreting;
  • determination of height marks of the bridge elements that have to be repaired.

“DerzhdorNDI” SE Department of Transport Facilities and Cement Structures performs a full range of works on scientific and technical support for concrete works at the road facility, namely:

  • checking the characteristics of initial materials for concrete mixtures;
  • selection and correction of cement-concrete mixtures;
  • providing proposals regarding concreting technologies;
  • checking of concrete mixes quality for bridge structures.
